Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the merchant entity associated with your Shopify store and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (linked from the docs navigation). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Shopify’s own terms, policies, and acceptable use rules also apply to your store and use of Shopify’s platform. Where there is a conflict between Shopify’s core platform terms and these Terms solely as they relate to the App, these Terms govern your relationship with Esafqa regarding the App.
Description of the App
SalePilot Bulk Price Editor helps merchants plan and execute bulk price changes within Shopify. Features may include targeting products or variants, comparing proposed prices with current values, scheduling tasks to run at future times, reviewing task history, and—where offered—using rollback-related workflows that rely on snapshots or stored prior states subject to technical constraints.
Merchants are expected to preview changes and verify targeting before executing updates. The App does not replace sound inventory, tax, or regulatory judgment specific to your products or jurisdictions.
Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Shopify account and staff permissions.
- Reviewing previews, rules, schedules, and affected SKUs before confirming execution—bulk updates can materially affect pricing shown to buyers.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, consumer protection rules, and marketplace obligations.
- Backing up critical catalog data where appropriate; rollback features depend on available snapshots and API behavior at the time of use.
- Providing accurate contact information when requesting support and cooperating with reasonable security requests.
Billing, Plans, and Charges
Paid plans and subscription charges for the App are processed through Shopify’s billing infrastructure where applicable. Fees, renewal cycles, taxes, and receipts are handled according to Shopify’s billing flows and your Shopify agreements. Esafqa does not separately store your full payment card details for Shopify App subscriptions.
If you dispute a charge, follow Shopify’s billing dispute mechanisms and contact us at info@esafqa.com for App-specific clarification when helpful.
Usage Limits and Scheduled Offers
Certain plans may include usage limits (such as caps on tasks, variants processed, or scheduling volume). Limits may change as described in the App or plan descriptions. Scheduled tasks depend on Shopify API availability, store status, and queue health—scheduled times are targets, not guarantees of millisecond- precise execution.
You remain responsible for promotional timing (for example, aligning scheduled changes with your marketing campaigns and regional rules).
Availability and Service Changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, Shopify platform incidents, third-party outages, or API changes may affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable; material adverse changes will be communicated through appropriate channels such as in-App messaging or documentation updates.
Data and Rollback Notes
Where rollback or restoration features are offered, they rely on snapshots and historical values captured through Shopify APIs and your task configuration. Rollback may not always be complete or available for every field or edge case (for example, concurrent edits outside the App). You should verify outcomes after any operation and maintain independent records when legally or commercially necessary.
Data handling practices are described further in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App. Examples of prohibited conduct include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other merchants’ data, or Shopify’s platform.
- Using the App to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or harass others.
- Circumventing billing, usage limits, or security controls.
- Reverse engineering the App except where applicable law permits despite this limitation.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or excessive risk to other users.
Intellectual Property
The App, its branding, documentation, and underlying software are owned by Esafqa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Shopify marks belong to Shopify. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely as integrated with your authorized Shopify store in line with these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OPERATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESAFQA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), IF NO FEES WERE PAID IN THAT PERIOD.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or where required by law or Shopify. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Courts located in Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory rules that cannot be waived by agreement.
