How Sale Scheduler works
- Create a task
Define how prices should change โ for example by targeting products, variants, or collections โ and set compare-at and sale pricing rules that match your campaign.
- Preview changes
Review proposed prices side by side with current values before anything goes live. Previews do not count toward usage limits.
- Run now or schedule
Execute immediately or pick a start time for a scheduled sale. You can also schedule rollback after the offer ends when supported by your task setup.
- Review results
See execution outcomes, warnings, and skipped rows. Successful variant updates contribute to monthly usage; drafts and failed rows do not.
- Roll back when eligible
Restore prior prices from saved snapshots where available. If prices changed outside Sale Scheduler after your run, stale protection may skip rows to avoid overwriting newer data.
