How do you plan a Ramadan campaign in phases?
Ramadan and Eid dates follow the lunar calendar and move earlier each year, so confirm the expected dates for your country before scheduling.

What about time zones?
Recurring sales use your shop's time zone. One-time sales use the time shown in your browser when you set them. If you sell across the Gulf and the Levant from one store, pick the window that suits most of your customers and state the time zone in your announcement.
Can Ramadan sales overlap?
Keep each variant in one sale at a time. Use exclusions so a weekly offer doesn't include products already in a phase sale. Each sale restores the prices it changed.

Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes. The full admin is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and each staff member can choose their own language.
Can I write the countdown in Arabic?
Yes. Countdown labels are free text, so you can write them in Arabic. A small "Limited time" pill on the widget stays in English.
How long can a Ramadan sale last?
One-time scheduled sales have no maximum length. A single recurring occurrence can last up to 14 days.
