Bulk price change and rounding calculator

Paste a list of prices, choose an increase, decrease or fixed price, pick an ending such as .99, and see every new price, the change in percent and the compare-at price. Copy the new prices or download them as CSV. It uses the same rounding rule as Sale Scheduler.

Paste a column of prices. Currency symbols are ignored.

How to use the price change calculator

  1. Paste prices, one per line (19.99, 19,99 and $1,299.00 all work).

  2. Choose increase, decrease or set price, and percent or amount.

  3. Pick a price ending, and what should happen to the compare-at price.

  4. Check the table, then copy the new prices or download the CSV.

How does the rounding work?

The calculator keeps the whole-number part of each new price and replaces the decimals with the ending you pick, exactly like Sale Scheduler's price rounding. A price of $25.59 with the .99 ending becomes $25.99, and $23.99 with the .49 ending becomes $23.49. Rounding can move a price slightly up or down within the same whole number.

$24.50−20%$19.60$19.99

$8.75+$1.00$9.75$9.99

What do Ready, Warning and Skipped mean?

  • Ready: the new price is valid.
  • Warning: you chose "Set to original price" for compare-at, but the new price isn't lower than the original, so no crossed-out price would show. Sale Scheduler doesn't apply rows like this.
  • Skipped: the input isn't a price, the change is invalid (for example more than 100% off), or the result is below zero.

When should you raise prices by percent or by amount?

A percentage keeps your margins proportional across cheap and expensive products. A fixed amount is easier to explain when a specific cost, such as shipping or packaging, went up by the same amount for every item. Read how to increase prices on Shopify by percentage for the full process.

Apply the result to your Shopify catalog

Instead of copying prices back by hand, Sale Scheduler applies the same rule to your products with a review of every variant, then starts now or on a schedule, and keeps the previous prices so you can restore them.

Apply your sale prices to Shopify, then restore them

Sale Scheduler by SalePilot applies price rules across your catalog with a preview of every variant, schedules the start and end, and restores previous prices automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Why did rounding increase my price?

Rounding replaces the decimals within the same whole number. $19.60 with the .99 ending becomes $19.99. Choose .49 or .50 if you'd rather end lower.

Can I paste prices from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Copy a column of prices and paste it. Each line, tab or semicolon starts a new price.

Does it handle comma decimals like 19,99?

Yes. 19,99 and 1.299,00 are read as decimal prices, and $1,299.00 as one thousand two hundred ninety-nine.

How many prices can I paste?

As many as you like. The table shows the first 200 rows, and the CSV download includes every row.

Is the calculator free?

Yes. It's free, needs no sign-up, and runs in your browser.
